Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Shays Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with the following policy.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original condition you received them, including the original packaging. You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and includes all packaging.
- Fill out the return/exchange form provided with your order.
- Return the item(s) using your preferred method of shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange promptly.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have processed your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
